Duna Capital is a Hungarian-owned investment and financial services firm with a Central European focus. Our operations are built on three complementary areas: corporate investments, corporate finance and M&A advisory, and wealth management.

As an investor, we primarily target the majority or full acquisition of stable, profitable Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We seek companies with a proven business model, strong market position, predictable cash flow, and further growth potential. Our investments are characterized by a long-term, active ownership approach.

Within our corporate finance and M&A advisory services, we support owners, businesses, and investors in sell-side and buy-side transactions, corporate acquisitions, company valuations, and capital raising. We can participate in the entire transaction lifecycle, from strategy formulation and corporate valuation, through the identification of potential buyers or investors and the coordination of due diligence, all the way to negotiations and transaction closing.

In our wealth management division, we focus on the professional, long-term management of private and corporate wealth. Our goal is to develop transparent, long-term solutions tailored to the client's unique financial objectives, risk profile, and investment horizon.
