As investors, we primarily target the acquisition and long-term development of stable, profitable Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We support the growth of our portfolio companies through an active ownership approach, proprietary capital, and business development expertise.

In our advisory practice, we provide comprehensive support to businesses and their owners throughout M&A advisory, sell-side and buy-side transactions, company valuation, and capital raising.
