We primarily seek Hungarian SMEs with strong market positions, proven business models, and further growth potential. Our investment approach is flexible: we are open to succession-driven transactions, owner buyouts, and structured acquisition transactions alike.

Csaba Karaszi
Founder and Managing Partner
Csaba brings a wealth of experience in financial advisory and strategic transactions, having launched his career at a global investment bank in Amsterdam before advancing to an M&A Associate role at Deloitte in Budapest.
Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, Csaba founded Duna Capital to focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity deals across the Central European region. He has successfully advised on both sell-side and buy-side transactions, typically ranging between EUR 5-25 million, earning a reputation for delivering tailored solutions and exceptional client outcomes.
Csaba holds a degree in Management and Business Administration from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Master's in Finance from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. His academic and professional background, combined with his regional expertise, positions him as a trusted advisor and leader in the financial services industry.
